Progression

Warshell

Provisional English, translated from the French client. The game's own English text is not recorded yet.

Pioneer

In the game's Codex

  • The mobile combat station each Giant carries.
  • It can be strengthened at your Arsenal by buying upgrades with the Merits you earn.
  • Upgrades raise your base stats, strengthen your abilities and grant passive effects to counter enemy strategies.
  • War-Shell upgrades are your main means of progression.

In the game's tutorial

The War-Shell is your inventory: it lets you upgrade and customise the way your Giant fights, through passive effects and stat bonuses. Every Giant can benefit from kinetic and alchemic power, so pick items that let you develop your favourite playstyle. They can also improve your soldiers in various ways and increase your own survivability.
